Hi! I'm Patrick
Before VOYA, I spent years in retail management, and before that, managed a branch on the high street so this business is built on real, travel industry experience, not just a love of holidays.
I started VOYA to be the person you deal with from your first enquiry to the moment you're home again. No call centre, no handovers - just someone who's actually paying attention.
Real experience, not guesswork
I've sailed with Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, MSC, NCL and P&O, and stepped aboard ships from Princess and Oceania too. I've walked New York, San Francisco, Las Vegas and Orlando, ridden a Scoot trike round Cozumel, and sat in a driverless car in San Francisco wondering if I trusted it.
None of that makes a trip better on paper - but it's exactly why I notice the details that do.
What I specialise in
Cruise and USA travel are where I go deepest. Alongside that, I plan city breaks, beach escapes and tailored holidays for anyone who wants something more considered than picking a trip off a shelf - all backed by ATOL, IATA and PTS protection through The JLT Group.
